I had purchased HP *** G* CORE laptop in April **** for Rs **,***/- I want that has gone faulty (dead) * times in the last * months. *st time repaired at Noida, *nd time repaired locally which cost me Rs ***/- and now *rd time given to HRK TEC SERV PVT LTD, Marol on last Tuesday **th Aug - * days now. As per Mr Hemant of HRK Tec (Mob No: ***** *****) the mother board has gone faulty and needs to be replaced. As per the Aforeserve Team the Laptop is covered by * year warranty however no one from the Aforeserve Team is supporting me.
I want my Laptop repaired or a full refund of **,***/-..
Please help me for the same.
