I wanted lodge a formal complaint against HP regarding the purchase of an HP Envy Laptop. Despite assurances of quality and support, the laptop has consistently malfunctioned, resulting in significant inconvenience and loss of productivity.
On **th May ****, have purchased an HP Envy Laptop from Infiniti Retail Limited trading as CROMA. However, shortly after the purchase, the laptop began experiencing recurring issues of sudden appearance of a blue screen with hard disc/Operating system error code. Despite contacting HP Support multiple times and even having an engineer visit our premises, the issues remain unresolved. It is evident that the laptop provided is defective, and HP has failed to fulfil its obligations under the implied warranty of merchantability.
Furthermore, the lack of adequate support from both HP and the retailer, CROMA, worsen the situation. Despite numerous attempts to seek redressal, the matter remains unresolved, leaving me with no choice but to escalate this complaint.
I demand a full refund for the defective product and compensation for the inconvenience, time, and loss of productivity incurred as a result of HP's negligence. Additionally, I urge HP to take immediate steps to rectify their quality control processes and improve customer support to prevent such issues in the future.
