SAHARA CREDIT COOPERATIV SOCIETY LIMITED - how do we get our money back

Hi we have opened two accounts in sahara credit cooperative limited details as mentioned below:
*. application number is ************ ( which is mentioned on sahara passbook) it was opened in name of sunita devi on **Dec**** for ** months and monthly amount which we have submitted was ****/- per month. Total ** installments was paid from side.
*. application number is ************ it was also in name of sunita devi and opened on **Sep**** for ** months and monthly amount which we have submitted was ****/- per month. ** installments already gone to sahara from our side and ** was pending after that it was completed and it was supposed to pay out to us with interests.
Both accounts closing year is ****. We already in ****.
Sahara executive Mamta who was coordinating with us from last *-* years she only comes to our home to collect the money and giving us the receipts. Last payment which we had done only to sahara only was in march ****. After that she said she was sick she will come later to collect money after few months she stopped picking up the calls then we asked our neighbor as she also has accounts in sahara. She also said the same thing. we went to sahara office in mehrauli to check but nobody was there. If we forget interest amount still our principle amount got stuck and for middle class family anybody can think how its feel to us as mother is widow and whatever she earned its getting ruined. kindly request you to return our amount whatever which we have given to sahara we are not expecting of interest just asking for our money.
