Housing board chandigarh - Housing Board cheated

Last year housing board had allotted a EWS flat to my father, Housing board said we will have to pay only ****** rs out of ****** due to PMAY scheme(*.* lakh subsidy). My father paid ***** as first instalment ,Now they are saying scheme has been closed and we would have to pay total ******. We are not capable to pay that much , so I asked to return my amount ,but they are not rady to pay , they said comittee will pay only half amount.


They are not delivering on which they had agreed to deliver in the first place, neither they are refunding my money. I dont need interest of * year . Just give my money back.
