Indian Group Logistics Packers - Household items were held by the driver for more than a months and then I had to pay extra to get it

I booked an order to move my house hold stuff from Delhi to Ajmer on ** Jan which was picked up on * Feb, ****. After which I was not able to get a proper response from the company owner and then I got the reference of the driver who provided my stuff after ** days and I had to pay extra amount to the driver. Owner had not shared any bill as well but I paid most of the amount via UPI. When I got my stuff, many items were broken, many I had to get repaired. I put the amount as ****** for the financial loss as well as the mental harassment caused by the company owner.
