Goodwill Transport Company Pune - Household Items not delivered by Packers Movers

Dear Sir,

I hired a transporter to shift my Car Maruti Celerio, and household things from Pune to my hometown, Kanpur. The household items included following -> a Fridge, a Washing Machine, a Queen size double bed and four "** inch X ** Inch X * Inch" boxes.

The transporter sent people who picked up the Car and household items on **-May-****.

======================Delivery of Car in Damaged Condition==============
After around a week I started following up with him regarding the delivery.

He got the car delivered on **-Jun-**** with damaged condition. Someone from their side had deliberately cut the fuel pipe in the engine and stole the fuel. I complained about this to the Transporter but he said that the fuel pipe must have been eaten by rats and I can get it repaired, it will just cost me Rs **/- (basically a stupid answer he gave). In actual there is no way Rats can cut the pipe and it costed me Rs/- **** (three thousand) to get repaired. At this time this not my grievance.

My grievance is about the household items which have not been delivered after ** days and after several follow ups.

The real pain is regarding the household items. They still have not been delivered.

From last three weeks...every time I call them up, they invariably say it will be delivered tomorrow. When I ask about the whereabouts of my items... they provide inconsistent answers. At times they say it is at MP-UP border... or it is in Lucknow.. or it is in Bhopal, MP etc.

I am attaching the bill that I received from them for your quick reference. I have already made **% of the payment to them.

I have the recordings of the phone conversation with them where every time they say that they will deliver the stuff tomorrow.
