Complaint Against Tenant - House Tenant ranway without paying house rent

Dear Team,
I rented my house to Mr.GaneshThapa(**********) and Mrs Sheela Thapa(**********) he has run away from the Month of April- May ****with Sheela Thapa without paying my rent and his all luggages are still in my house.i continue called his number but they are not responding my calls and I have also send reminders messages on his contact numbers but they are not given me any reply.

Son of Mrs Sheela Thapa his name is Pawan Thapa are also involved on this matter but now they are also not ready to give us any reply or answers they clearly told me that please don't tell me anything I have no idea where they are now??

I make my last agreement with Sheela Thapa in June ****.i have submitted rent agreement copy in Jolly grant Doiwala Police Station.

From July **** to **th Feb **** I am in Mumbai and because of lockdown do not come early I want to Dehradun in **th Feb **** and in April - May **** he his runway with Sheela Thapa I received such information that the web cheating is running from his call contact numbers I request you please investigate and resolve my issue.
