Goroomgo - Hotel Scammed me go room go

On **rd of march I booked an hotel on booking.com....in puri the hotel name is goroomgo d* holiday inn......but due to some circumstances i cancelled the hotel on the same day .....and since then I am asking for refund......of **** rupees which they are delaying.....and booking .com customer service is also not paying attention to any of the queries please help.....booking id GRG************. payment of ****.booking.com booking id **********.
