Hotel Patwar Inn by Unity Stays - Hotel Refused to give TAX INVOICE

I stayed in a hotel for * days and in place of tax invoice they provide me the Folio which is used for hotel internal record. When I submit these Folio to my company for claim they rejected by saying these are not valid tax invoice.
I am in regular contact with hotel but they are not providing me the tax invoice for my stay.
