I had booked A hotel room on **/**/**** from my mobile no - ********** for the hotel OYO OASIS at city Siliguri, West Bengal. I paid the amount of Rs.***/- through my debit card, But the hotel owner refused to comply/honour the booking and asked to go elsewhere. He had clearly stated that I will not give hotel room at Rs.***/- and you may contact anyone in this regard. this incident caused A headace and embarrasement with the family. Since the discount offered by your company which is not in consulatation with the hotel owner created havoc to me. So, It is requested that the company Agoda should refund the amount of Rs.***/- alongwith damages charge. It is not A good practice for your company to keep the tourist in problem. So, It is again requested to take necessary action on the matter and refund the amount. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the complaint.
