I booked rooms on *nd may **** for * days. I made the payment through online. When I reached the hotel, Manager asked for extra amount for check-in and I contacted oyo customer care immediately, they tried to reach out hotel manager but he did not pick the call.After that I told them to cancel my booking. Oyo send mail to agoda regarding this..Now I need refund amount. Please do the needful
