Subject: Complaint Against [Restaurant Name] for Unhygienic Conditions and Poor Sanitation

Respected Sir/Madam,

I resident of wish to file a complaint against [shyam misthan], located at [sarisawa bazaar], for maintaining extremely unhygienic and unsanitary conditions, which put public health at serious risk.

On [**.**.****], I visited the restaurant around [*.ooam] and was shocked by the condition of the premises. The floors were dirty and sticky, the tables and chairs had visible food stains, and the restrooms were in a highly unhygienic condition — foul-smelling, unclean, and lacking basic supplies like soap and toilet paper. Additionally, the utensils and glasses provided were stained and appeared to be improperly washed.

Such negligence not only violates the basic rights of consumers to hygienic service but also breaches the safety norms expected from a public food establishment. Despite raising my concerns with the staff at the restaurant, they showed complete indifference and made no effort to address the issue.

I request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to kindly take strict action against the said restaurant for endangering public health and violating consumer rights. I also request that they be directed to improve hygiene standards immediately and face appropriate penalties as per the law.
