Hotel sonmarg glacier - Hotel fraud

So we made an advance payment to Hotel sonmarg glacier kashmir of **k on *th of may for the room type “glacier view” . But when we reached there on our booking day there was a lot of furniture work going in the hotel. It had paint and furniture smell around. We were there only for sometime and we all got migraine and started feeling uneasy because of the smell. And the furniture work that was going we had no idea about it .the hotel didn’t mention anywhere otherwise we wouldn’t have booked it in the first place . Ww didn’t stay there ,had to book another hotel last minute with so much of luggage with us and hotel sonmarg glacier refused to give us the refund.
