Krishna kunja guest house - Hotel false comemtet and metal harrasment

On the **st June ****, I visited Krishna Kunja Apartment, which is essentially a guest house, for a *-hour stay. The pictures shown on MakeMyTrip were not accurate. They gave me a double bedroom when I had booked a single bedroom. The AC was not working, even though I had booked an AC room. They provided a fan, but it was not working properly either, causing the room to be very hot. They then transferred me to another hotel, which was the worst hotel I have ever visited. They promised me a free stay for * to * hours the next time I visit to make up for the inconvenience.

Today, when I called them, they said they couldn't provide the free stay. However, when I called from an unknown number, they said it was available. It seems they are trying to deceive me. Please take action regarding this harassment.
