Dear Agoda,
This is to inform you that I had booked this property from your site but the hotel denied that they do not have any tie up with Agoda. There were *-* more families who faced the same issue. The hotel failed to give us any room. Please cancel the reservation and refund me the entire amount. I would also request you to file a complain against this hotel as they were very rude.
Please refund me the amount deducted from my bank account.
My Agoda booking id was ********* and email id is ishani***@gmail.com
