Arbaaz khan filed complaint against Goibibo hotel on Jun 24, 2020
I hv booked Hotel Panchvati in Andheri West on Goibibo , received confirmation on the same, but when I went to the hotel, it was closed and no response from Goibibo as well as hotel number available, after much of try I got the number from security guard for the manager and he said the hotel is closed due to corona virus I would get refund from goibibo
But still no response and I am not able to contact Goibibo regarding this matter.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
