Ar Holidays - Hotel Bookings not give

We have * year paid membership. Every time we want to book they say rooms not available. Recently I booked **.**.** for my * days bookings for **.**.**. ** days advance. They said not available. Every time we have to beg from them like a begger even after paying ***% money ***** in advance + ***** utility. They are fraudster. Pls help in solve this
