Oyo dwell suites Hyderabad - Hotel booking looting

I booked two rooms to stay in Oyo dwell suites from oct * to oct **. Did the payment. And no email confirmation received. I called hotel and they said they have no time up Agoda and get refund from Agoda itself. When I tried to cancel the booking or contact customer support. Page shows like oops .there is something wrong. That too only my account. But when I tried with my friends account, customer support is working. They looted my money. I need full refund.
