I booked a hotel named “Collection O ***** Royal Baga “ at baga, Goa for checkin on **th jan and **th jan check out, my booking ID is “*********” . I booked the room and my payment was deducted onthis date “**/**/****”. I booked * rooms wherein we were * adults and * child of *.* yrs of age. I got confirmation mail from agoda which is attached for your reference.
On **th jan when we reached hotel we were told by the receptionist that they do not take any online booking. In soaring sun with luggage and a small child we were waiting for your customer service team to help. We tried calling * times each call lasted for approx **-** mins but still it was of no help. Even after doing advance booking we had to find another hotel to stay.
This is the worst service we have received till date and we do not ever wish to use agoda going ahead and will recommend the same to others. We will be posting this review on your site as well. We request you to refund the amount “****.** “ which we paid as we did not checked in in that hotel.
Also suggest you to check your listed hotels if they are accepting booking done from your website so that people do not face this type of issues.
