Hi,
I have booked a Hotel (OYO ***** Hotel Rama) through Agoda.com with booking ID *********. I had paid the amount in advance. However when I reached hotel, they denied check-in stating they do not take reservations from Agoda. I am not able to connect to Agoda's customer desk as the number provided (+** *** *** ****) is of Oyo's customer service desk and they are not able to verify the booking ID. Also there is no email ID or other mode of communication available to connect to Agoda's help desk.
I need complete refund of the booking.
