Dear sir
I came here in Bathinda for my Training in Cantonment area. I stay in Hotel Park View, Main Ajit Road, Bathinda from ** Dec **** to ** Jan ****. The bill provided by Hotel has GST number (**CNKPS****DIZI) and hotel said that they obtained GST number. No GST certificate was neither displayed nor showed when asked. When I checked the Provided GST number it showed GST no invalid.
Since I am a govt server and I was on official Duty so I'll not be able to claim my Expenditure on behalf of that fake GST number Bill. It will be counted a intentional offence after scrutinize the bill in Audit. I want to take necessary legal action against Hotel for providing False information, Give Fake Bill and Misguide consumer.
