W Pratiksha and Artemis Hospital - Hospitals descrimination to CGHS

Hospitals like Artemis and W Pratiksha in Gurgaon don't give appointment to all doctors under CGHS to Central Government Employee like Armed forces personnel. They give appointment to selected doctors only. As GOI ensures to give appointment to all doctors but hospital regrets and ask to opt out CGHS scheme and take private treatment. Serious issue want a positive result.
