I have raised a claim reimbursement of **,*** RS, whereas, as per system there is a deduction of **** against Hospital Discount.

I have raised the concern with the helpdesk on what basis it is calculated, they suggested to get in touch with Hospital. When I checked with Hospital they confirmed they are not liable to to give the hospital discount on the reimbursement claim.
I re reached the help desk; where they said it will be own by me.

My concern why I should own the Hospital discount and till date I haven't not received any positive response.
