Hooliv - Hooliv has not yet given back my deposit

I had as said by Hooliv, vacated the premises even before the month end of March **** and was also promised for the deposit to be refunded as well. It's been more than a year and still there has been no refund from Hooliv. Their numbers don't work and also their team does not respond. Please help me in providing the refund back of the deposit.
