I have order the Chimney and Gas stove in homelane and i had extreme dissatisfaction with the delay in the delivery of my order, HYD-N-**********, placed on [**th April ****]. The expected delivery timeframe was ** days, yet it has now been over ** days, and I have not received the product.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Furthermore, I have not received any communication regarding the status of my order unless I initiated contact. The delivery dates have been changed multiple times, from **st May **** to **th June ****, and now I am being told to expect another delay of a week.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
