Small business and finance company - Home loan fraud

Hi,
My name is sandeep rawat and I have taken a home loan from Reliance home finance. Last year in April **** my loan was transfer to SBFC company rate of **.**% and tenure months ***, I have taken morratorium in covid time and * emi I did not paid at that time. In the month of April **** I had seen loan statement on website then I saw there deductable amount **** something but my emi deduct from account ****, then I called to company executive he said my extra would be adjust in principal amount I said ok.

Again after mid of April lockdown started after few days I have again checked my loan statement in the month of may then I saw and shocked my loan tenure increased and rate of interest also increased to *** months to *** months and ROI **.**% to **%. I did complaint to there customer care team but they said they did not increase my tenure and ROI that is same they got from Reliance home finance.

I refused and given them my loan statement proof where mentioned **.**% then they again changed the statement and update **.**% same but the tenure months they are not ready to changed.

I did many complaints mail to them but no response from there side I gave legal notice them from advocate but yet they are not replying for same. After this harrassment I did mail and told them I shall not pay my EMI if they will not correct and update my real statement. In the month of August I did bounced my EMI. Now they are calling me but still they are not willing to accept there mistake and forcing me to pay EMI. I am helpless kindly help me to resolve this problem they said I have not given * EMI that's why they increase the tenure months.

Now the question is * EMI means ** years increase where is this mentioned what is the calculation behind this?
