HDFC Ltd - Home Loan disbursement

This is reference to my home loan.

HDFC Loan A/C No *********.

Co-applicant- Rajani Srivastava


I have applied for the home loan on August *th from Gurgaon for the property situated in Bangalore.


After loan sanction letter, I told my sales executive for the loan disbursement on **st October as I decided the date after co-ordinating with builder.

During registry, registrar will need the down payments receipt, original sales agreement, and HDFC Bank DD to do the registration.


I have told the executive about this plan on **th September (almost a month back) and I sent all the documents including the sales agreement and NOC (soft copy) as I was not having the original documents in my hand. It was with the builder.

Initially I was informed that we will disburse the amount by co-ordinating with the Bangalore home loan branch team as they will verify the documents and cross check the property with builder.


Yesterday I got message from sales executive with the list of documents required for the already submitted scanned documents. And due to holiday in Bangalore , the sales agreement will not gonna reach Delhi within stipulated time i.e. *th October.


Now what will they do with the sales agreement when Gurgaon team will not be able to verify. For verification, they need to co-ordinate with the local HDFC home loan branch.

Now my loan disbursement is no where, at last moment they are doing horrible job by asking the documents when everything was cleared before. And the support I'm getting to clarify my doubts and point is pathetic. Some or other reason they are putting on the table ( he is not picking the call, he is in hometown etc etc). Atleast your sales executive should be professional enough to answer the query by giving the proper resolution.


Trust me hdfc support always disappointed me with my issues and concern . Need your assistance immediately because I'm really frustrated because of this storytelling from your sales employees.

I trusted HDFC with my loan, and stopped looking for other alternatives. I have booked my flight tickets to Bangalore for the registration of property which will come to hold due to lack of documentation, cause me a loss of Rs ***** and reputation infront of the builder.

I request you to help me out, verification of original sales deed will happen from your local office, I will make sure it reaches in Bangalore.

After speaking with branch manager i realized he was not aware about my file.
Because of their delay i lost ***** in flight tickets
