India home loan ltd - Home loan channel documents missing by bank

I am purchasing a home WHICH IS in NPA list of India home loan ltd in dec-**** and all the legal activities done in February **** but emi will be started fron Dec-****, after the passing of the house India home loan ltd is given the key in April **** they told me we are clear all the due like municiple tax society name transfer fee and all the legal things,
After one year I am going to transfer the loan in another bank due to India home loan ltd roi is very high it is **.*% when I ask India home loan ltd about my list of documents they say some documents are missing and I am not understand what i do after painful up and down i say them pls do a FIR for missing documents they are not ready after complaint in NHB and national Consumer forum they ready to done a FIR in Jan - ****,

but still the earlier owners society charges and all the legal charges which is I bared I want to return back

Lots of time i am visiting their office for document and the expenses but they not even reply on mail or phone calls
