I had availed their services to do interiors of my house. Within three months of completing the work, the granite slab in the utility area got cracked and broke into two pieces (image attached). Their contract clearly states that modular fitments would be fixed at no cost if it is damaged within one year of installation. In spite of that, they are not agreeing to fix the damages and bear the cost.
