I want to lodge my complaint regarding Manorama Srivastava home delivery. When booking with the help of i v r, I am told the price of my booking through a message. In the same sequence, the price of my last booking was stated as Rs. *** and in the receipt received, Rs. *** was also mentioned. Despite this, the delivery associates of the agency are recovering ** rupees more per cylinder in my area.When I protested, the delivery associate misbehaved with me and refused to deliver the next time.
