KFC Indore - Home delivery not received

Himalaya Pratap Singh filed complaint against KFC Indore on May 28, 2023

I had booked Hot & Crispy food online on dated **-**-**** on home delivery at Indore City. During booking it was not mentioned that home delivery is not available. After deduction of money from my account, I got a massage to Pick my order from pick-up counter which was not possible for me at *:** pm. Immediately I had called KFC representative Name Mr. Shivam Sharma (mobile no - **********) and describe my issue and immediately cancelled my order. Mr Shivam Sharma assured me that my money will refund shortly and tell me to send the booking details along with my mobile no and email id. I have send all the details on same time but after passing of more than * month I have not refund my money yet.
