Dear Sir.
I am a senior citizen of **+ yrs age. On ** April I sent a message to bigbazar giving a list of Grocery items required by me through Home delivery. I also gave numbers of three profit cards to facilitate payments. I also indicated that if payment through profit club card was not possible I shall make cash payment on delivery. I gave my residential address. I am also a member of Futuregroup.
This was followed by three reminders. But there is no response from Bigbazar as to when the Grocery items will be delivered.
May I request you to kindly respond to my request and ensure that my profit club cards will not be misused.
