Ambience Club - Holiday Package Sold with No Booking provided till date

We got trapped with Holiday Package SCAM from Ambience Club * months back. We received invitation in Nov’** to visit Park Inn Hotel in Sector **, Gurgaon regarding some Holiday package. They offered a package which was lucrative enough for us to enroll. We took the * year membership with a One Time payment of INR **,*** that offers * Nights/* Days of stay every year across India in * & * Star properties.
Along with the accommodation, there were a long list of commitments they made like free pickup/drop, Sight Scene, Complimentary Meals, etc. It took us almost a month to sense that it was nothing but a big SCAM. Since then *-* major events occurred where we planned our vacation and requested for booking, but they were so UNPROFESSIONAL and non-responsive that they did not provide even a single booking inspite of notifying them even a month in advance and showing full flexibility with location, dates, etc. The customer care number had out of Order for past few months and there is almost no acknowledgement on response from the email address mentioned on their website info@ambienceclub.com, customercare@ambienceclub.com.
After following up for months, we finally decided on **thFeb’** to ask them for a full refund which they confirmed over call that it will be done but may take *-* weeks of time. We’ve shown patience for the last time and waited for * weeks and now sharing this post. I want to use all possible ways of exposing them with * main objectives: *. To get my full refund back ASAP, *. To ensure no one else gets trapped with the false commitments they make and some legal action can be taken against the company and its representatives.
I would also need urgent guidance as to what all legal action can I take in this case. Any help and support will be highly appreciated. Thanks
