Pacific Holiday World - Holiday package service not delivered

Misleading Promises & False Advertising
I purchased a holiday package from Pacific Holiday World, where their sales associates promised me hotel rooms comparable to Westin, Crowne Plaza, and Club Mahindra. However, when I attempted to book a stay, I was offered subpar accommodations that were easily available for ₹*,*** per night on online portals.
This was completely contrary to the high-end experiences they had guaranteed during the sales process.

Unclear and Deceptive Policies
The company claimed that there were no blackout dates as per their feature page, yet they repeatedly refused my requests to book rooms citing high demand.
I requested a booking in Goa * months in advance, and it was denied for being "too early." When I requested again ** days before the travel date, they rejected it again, citing "busy season."
This clearly indicates that they lack a proper hotel network and mislead customers into buying non-usable packages.
Failure to Process Refund

Due to these deceptive practices, I requested a full refund of my ₹* lakh package on December **, ****.
Despite multiple follow-ups over email, I have only received generic responses stating that my request has been forwarded to another department.
It has been over a month with no meaningful response or action from the company.
