Blue Mountain Holidays Private Limited or Blue Mountain Resort and Hospitality - Holiday package fraud

BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT & HOSPITALITY contacted me on WhatsApp and invited me to Hotel, Surat for dinner to canvas me about some holiday membership. I agreed and attended the event, The sales representatives told me their membership details, as the membership was not worth it, I declined the membership & declined to pay but they started to assure me * & * star resorts and high holiday package at cheaper rates and I fall for it and made on of my in law to take it together. And we took the package of worth *,**,***.**
They informed that once the documents are ready they will courier to our registered address and informed that on your birthday, wife's birthday and on aniversary they will send bouquet and a cake for the occasion.
Payment was paid through credit card.
But nothing happened and when we asked for bookings they just sent *-* star hotels and when asked for higher they said we don't have any bookings with them. And when asked for *-* star booking then they said its full check later.

And till date they are doing like this. We are frustrated with them
