I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Dubai-Abu Dhabi package I booked through your company. On **th September ****, I booked a package for two people (excluding flights) at a quoted price of Rs **,***/-. I was asked to pay **% of the fees upfront, amounting to Rs **,***/-, which I promptly paid.

I had already booked my flights from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi for the dates **th November to *th December ****, so I was expecting to receive the detailed itinerary as promised by your agent on the same day. However, no itinerary was sent until the following day. To my shock and distress, the updated itinerary quoted a price of Rs *,**,***/-—double the amount I had initially agreed to pay.

When I contacted the agent, she falsely claimed that the original quote of Rs **,***/- was for one person, despite all previous communications clearly stating that the price was for two people. After several attempts to clarify the situation, she promised to honor the Rs **,***/- package but requested more time to finalize it. Since then, she has stopped responding to my calls, leaving me under immense stress.

I have repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded, as I no longer wish to proceed with this booking. Despite my requests, the agent insisted that the package would be provided at the original price and told me not to worry. Now, I am unable to reach anyone, and I feel I have been deceived into losing Rs **,***/-.

Additionally, since my flights are non-refundable, I cannot cancel them, leaving me in a financially vulnerable position without a package or sufficient funds to book elsewhere.

I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and refund the Rs **,***/- that I paid. This entire ordeal has caused me significant mental and financial stress, and I hope for a swift resolution.

Please treat this matter with urgency and assist me in recovering my money.
