Go life vacation opc pvt limited - Holiday package at go life vacation goa

On **th October ****, me and my wife visited goa for vacation. We were approached by go life company sales person and gave us a scratch card as gift coupon. My wife was the lucky winner and he told us to visit a resort in goa next day. After * hours of discussion, we became members for ** year holiday membership in which each year we can stay for * days, * nights of our choice destination. We paid **k through debit card and **k through credit card.. After few hours, we realised that it is a fraud company due to following reasons : *) Their website listed only ** resorts but they told that they have tie up with *** hotels. *) They won't provide vacation dates as per our choice and convenience. *) when I enquired with their list of hotels, They gave negative replies only. Therefore, I requested refund within * days but they didn't reply so far. Can anyone help me in this regard.
