I and my wife went for a seminar organised by Respite in November **** where I came to know about holiday membership whereby I took their offer for ** days of holidays by paying *****/- however the response from the company was very poor and when I requested for holiday bookings I didn't got any response then some days after when I went to their office I came to know that it is closed and no one comes there, I met several people with the same experience. Kindly help in getting my amount refunded.
