Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited - Hold Amount Not Released

I raised several queries on their portal saying that my RTO transfer process is complete, kindly release my hold amount. Each time their customer service calls only answer I get is wait for ** hours. Within those ** hours they simply close the query and no call is received. It feels like a scam. It has been months since I sold my car to Spinny. Their customer service is full of crap they don't know what customer service is. They are blunt and filled with garbage. They literally abused me on the call sadly I couldn't record it. I am also attaching the transfer receipt provided by their own RTO agent still they deny to comply.
