On **Jul, **:** am I tried UPi cash withdrawal through Hitachi ATM at Narhe, Pune Atm. Money got debited from account on scanning the QR code but money did not get dispensed as machine showed Transaction timed out on screen. Kindly provide refund for the debited **** rupees
