Respected sir,
Actually after purchase grocery etc items then i was pay my bill but *** rupees bill extra charge by Bill maker this is not fair and next day i visit again at reliance smart at city centre mall about this issues they are agree but the assistant manager told me you can not purchase the product due to systems mistake etc but i am not agree with this reason and i lost my time, my vehicle petrol also loss due to yours mistake and i also lost my purchase products due to return this product so who is the responsible for whole incident
