Mr Travels - Higher amont taken of ticket

Dear Sir /Madam,
I have book the ticket from Indore to Beawar of single lower sleeper and same has been book the ticket by travel agent of MR Travels with Rs **** in cash mode but I have received the message only ****.i call to agent and customer care but not resolve the issue kindly resolve the issue for future and good feedback.
I have not able to claim this amount from my office it's mean total loss ****.i hope positive responce.
