Livepure - High maintenance charges

I have purchased a livepure water purifier in ****.
On the year **** the service and repairing chgs is ****.
Again after one year the purifier is not working.
Technician visited and told to replace all the filters which will be cost **** again.
And also told that u have to expence **** every year.
