I have paid all my loans on time but due to this pandemic they have to consider the problems of students many banks are giving concessions to the customers but this app is torturing the students by charging late fee etc in this time of pandemic it’s hard to pay and they have to give time and understand the problem, my whole family were affected by COVID and that time they are calling.
