Mohan Retiyar Pawn Broker - High Interest collected for Incomplete days of Month in Pawn shop

I am G kanniappan I went to get back my articles of *g each of * rings. I paid interest for * months ** days as * months for Ring*.
For ring * the interest for * month and * days was estimated and collected as * month. I requested pawn owner as ** days still remaining to complete one month only * days exist. He refused and insulted. I mentally suffered in front of another consumer and I lost Rs. *** also. If there is** days lesser for one month means it's ok to consider as a month. But for * days also it has considered as one month and the pawn broker name is Mr. Mohan Retiyar located in centre of the bazaar street, vandavasi.


I need justice and he need to pay response and to be punished if he violate the Consumer rules.
