I received an incorrect bill from DHBVN for the month of November'**
My average consumption is *** KWH units but this bill shows my consumption ****.* KWH units.
This could be due to meter fault as reading is not showing on meter display (attached for your reference)
Also attached is a copy of the Incorrect bill issued on **/**/**** which has due balance is Rs. ***** /-
I have already visited the sub division office of F**-Tilpat,Faridabad. No one helped there, also talked to customer care, they raised a complaint on **/**/**** and closed the complaint on **/**/**** without taking any action.
