As I ported my * no to Airtel from Reliance in June with *** infinity plan that promised me unlimited free calls, *** SMS per day nd some data ...As I don't use data, I have the work of calling and msgs only ... Every month, I am being charged *** - *** rs. on the name of usage, the customer care gives different replies everytime, they promise for call back but they never... even they too admit that I am being charged extra...
Only because of this issue, i cant pay bill on time and have to give late fee too unnecessarily

I am fed up by complaining to the executives, though I have the option to port to other company but I want the company to know what is going on so that someone else doesn't get in the same trouble as I am facing
