rangadore hospital - hidden charges because we agrued rude behavior from PRO

The PRO was very rude & emergency treatment was not given. Instead they were delaying the process of discharge until final insurance approval & also since we argued they were stating that printer not working. They made us close the bill & then take the patient during cardiac emergency. However after insurance approval, we requested them to refund the amount paid, however there was hidden charges which was not reimbursed & when enquired they gave various reasons for delayed payment. They are supposed to pay me Rs ****
