icici bank - Hi Brokerage charge than other borkers by ICICI

I am holding ICICI *in* ICICI direct account for more than ** years. I did not trader earlier however for the last *-* months I was doing the trading with this account. sudden when I took my P&L report I found a huge difference there then I did investigate I found they are charging approx *** rupees+GST Per lot for the F&O whereas the normal brokerage charge for this segment is ** rupees + GST and per trade. Then I tried to reach ICICI RM but she was not much aware even I am the ICIC privilege customer of ICICI and I should have RM and for which I raised the request to ICICI long back also but I have not received any positive response on the same neither in "no" nor in "Yes". I am a privileged customer and earlier I was wealth customer of ICICI then this is also the responsibility of RM that he should update me if things are going wrong with me, but strange I have never received any call from my RM since I opened the account around ** years ago. I raised the issue with ICICI a few days back but after successful submission, I have not received a ticket no. etc. then I send an email to ICICI but so far they are still looking but seems their response is negative.
