Hero Cycles Limited - Hero Lectro Cycle defective product

Purchased Hero Lectro Essential. Right from day one the product is giving issues. The defective controller blows up once in a month and goons at Hero Cycle extort Rs **** every time it happens. I ended up spending close to **k on ecycle.
Hero executive says they have so much money that complaints like mine won’t matter. After spending **k I am left with a non functional e-cycle.m, courtesy Hero. Service executive has agreed that they use low quality cheap controllers from China and my product is from the defective batch. Please help us in this regard.
